Depending on what you’d like to address we can use a range of tools and techniques to help align you to your goal. Our intention is always on growing your inner connection so you can trust your own answers and feel empowered moving forward. We honour the intelligence of your body through a combination of:
Focusing (connecting to the felt sense of the body)
Kinesiology techniques (muscle testing)
Nervous system regulation techniques
Ritual/ ceremony
Intuitive guidance
Support to take aligned action in your life.

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?
A single session can bring about profound shifts in perspective however, as with many things, you may get a lot out of ongoing support. For some that can look like weekly or fortnightly appointments while others prefer to work in blocks of 3 or 6 sessions booked in at their own pace.
Initial session - $150
Return sessions - $120 1 hour, $150 for 1.5 hours
